Does this look mostly like gland?  Would this be a difficult op?

If I am not mistaken, gland causes puffy nipples, where as fat usually causes more boobage. I would say your nipples are not puffy, so its probably fat.

It seems that some of the pictures may be misleading. If the arms are tight against the side of chest and the shoulders are brought forward the picture presents an exaggerated image. Try the pictures again in a more relaxed pose.

As to whether yours is fat or gland; you will not know for certain until the surgery is over. The truth is that there are almost always both. The difference may have significance for a surgeon, but from our standpoint it really makes no difference at all.

That picture is next to useless to be honest.

You really need a couple of full body shots and a side on shot for people to be able to see what is going on.

Cut the head off the pics in paint to retain privacy.
