After how long can one usually resume working out with weights if the person had

a. lipo only
b. excision only
c. both

or whatever. thanks very much!

My plastic surgeon said that i could start running 1-2 weeks after the surgery and start to lift weights 3-4 weeks after but start light.

My surgery is in june

8 years of suffering Mild gyne...
2 surgeries & $6,000 later....
         STILL PUFFY   :/

I doubt you could start boxing 2 weeks after. It'll still be a little bruised and sensitive at 2 weeks post op. I guess you could do it, but it would most likely be painful.

Try 4 weeks post op.
Man Boobs Gone In 3 Weeks.
Hopefully It All Works Out.

I couldn't do any activity (mostly bed rest) for two weeks after surgery.

From there I had to wait atleast 6 weeks before I could do a light jog. After 10 weeks I was allowed to running etc.

I had to wait 3 months before any contact sport.

All I had done was get some puff out of my nipple that came back  :-/  Shit surgeon I suspect.
