picking a doc

 seems overall , people here have generally had  good success witrh their  docs. I  can not wait to  get some treatment. This site has  lifted a huge load of  my ''chest'' allready.
   I am 45 married   with 2 kids. Been wearing a shirt on the beach for  the last 30  years!.   Once I learn how to load  pictures here I will post them.
          Being in Montgomery county MD. an affluent area,  TONS of  docs here  claim they are good at this work.... going to be  tough to decide. Seems like this dr  Bermant  is the man, only saw 2 complaints about him so far here.
