POST OP WORKOUT
Is the post operation workout on the home page a good guide for starting back up in the gym? It basicly says that by week 4 post op you can get back to normal lifting. I have been exercising for years so Im ready to get back in the swing of things. By the way Im second week post op on just one side of my chest.

thats what my surgeon said..  Dude i am only 5 days post op and i can't wait to go back to the gym.  I feel like i am getting fat and loosing muscle just by sitting here not doing shit.
