Hi I am already 21 days post op after having gland removal and lipo and wondering if it is okay to start any exercise.
What exercise shall i start first, static cycling or thread mill. I am quite worried if any activity on 15 post of will affect the recovery process. Currently i just have discomfort feeling around the chest, but besides that everything is fine.
Would all the internal sutches got dissolved by now? Would all the flesh got attached to the chest mussle by now?
