jus wonderin...for people with pseudo gynecomastia..r the post op procudres the same? if not wat are dey?

Usually there is both fatty and glandular tissue. While fatty tissue might predominate, it is rarely alone.

As a patient, there is essentially no difference at all. The surgeon will check on all the same things and his procedure will adapt to what he finds in the course of the surgery.
