Puffyness

Ok if you have puffy nipples does that mean you definately have gyno and if is - does that mean you have a lot of gyno or very little and the rest is fat?

If you dont have puffy nips does that mean your gyne free and have just fat which could be worked off..

Btw i have puffy nips but i was wondering if i had more fat than gyno.
