is it still gyne if it's not all that sensitive?
mine isn't that sensitive unless i clamp down on it (i grew frustrated with it the other day).

how can you tell if it's something other than boob? it's definatly hard and lumpy.

I don't understand the question.

Are you asking if nipple sensitivity is a symptom of gyne?

We are all individuals, and the range of sensitivity is very wide.

My wife has much larger breasts than I, but judging from her reactions, I suspect that mine are more sensitive than hers.
