Longtime lurker. Surgery is booked for early this friday. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Honestly regardless of the outcome, though I have a high regard of confidence in my surgeon, i can say that i tried to do something about it. Enough moping and self pity. My advice for anyone going through this would to be just get the surgery done whichever way you can.
