Why is my left nipple getting black 4 days after surgery?

The lower areola is purple. the lower half nipple is completely black and drought. Is it necrosis?

No, this is simply some blood which got into the breast ducts.  It should heal with no problems.

on the areola,  I also thinks it's not a serious problem. because  it's purple  and soft
but on my nipple,  half is drought out, when I touch it, I feel it's  like coal , hard and black and dry. feel like it's dead nipple

Same is true for purple discoloration (bruising) of the lower portions of the areola -- this is common.

Apply some antibiotic ointment and cover with a bandaid -- it should heal nicely in a week or so.

It's already one year post operation

Now on my left Areola there is a scar tissue inside. And the lower areola skin is darkened , the nipple is enlarged by the scar
I'm Asian by the way

For me it is a problem. How to get rid of the scar tissue?
