Nov. 14th? Is that enough time for the doctor to schedule me for my surgery date possibly?

Most surgeons I have talked to say their turn around time from consultation to surgery is up to 3 weeks, so you could conceivably have it done by the date stated, depending on a number of factors.  Only people who can truly answer this is the doc and their staff, but the common time from consultation to surgery (if the patient has no time constraints) is 2-3 weeks.
