First Gynecomastia appointment this Friday

I am going to my first consultation this Friday. I've had the stuff since I was 13, a pretty severe case at that. I kept off seeing a surgeon until now because of the cost of surgery. But now I have a decent job and have been saving up so I can afford the surgery. I live in NYC and there are 2 well known doctors here who specialize in gyne surgery. Dr. "removed doctor" and Dr. Elliot Jacobs. My appointment is with the latter. Both have tons of before and after photos on their sites which tells me they have done the surgery a lot. I contacted both and a few others but decided to schedule the consultation with Dr. Jacobs because he charges a flat rate fee. Anyway the consultation is 200 and the surgery is 7500. I don't know yet if I will go with him, depends on how the consultation goes.

In any case this is the first time I will be taking my shirt off in front of anyone. I just want it gone. I'm 23 and developed gynecomastia when I reached puberty at 13. I just want it gone. Wish me luck I'll keep you guys updated.
