I had gynecomastia (puffy nipples in my case) surgery almost exaclty 6 months ago (incision for gland removal only), and I still have a fair amount of hard scar tissue that is somewhat sensitive to the touch (not extreme pain, just sensitve if the nipples are pinched or pressed).  My question is, is it normal to have sensitive scar tissue this long after the surgery?

ALso, I am having a revision surgery next week, as the surgeon didn't get all of the gland out which is still causing puffiness in the nipples, which is the original reason that I had the surgery in the first place.
