scar tissue 7 months after surgery

Hi I had surgery with Levick 7 months ago via armpit incision and have some scar tissue directly under the nipple where the gyno used to be.

I spoke to the doc who advised against injections as he said it could turn my skin white and/or create a small crater.
This leaves my areola slightly creased and bigger than I think it would otherwise be.

It still looks a lot better than before but I'm unsure if theres anything extra I can do to get rid of the scar tissue.
