5 months scar tissue

Hey guys i got surgery 5 months ago and since then my nipple have still been a little puffy i think due to scar tissue.
I am currently in Thailand and i will be here for 1 year, now i keep hearing people talking about Kenalog shots ?? to help speed up the scar healing process, due to me being in thailand i can get any thing i want over the counter haha .. so i went to the drug shop and asked them and they could get a Kenalog cream is this the same thing ?? or should i try finding a doctor here and try to get the shots ??
just remember i am in thailand the doctors here are not very helpful they just want to make money .
and i will not be in aus for 1 year so i cant wait that long haha

If indeed you do have a buildup of scar tissue, then injections of a steroid (like kenalog) might work.  Applying steroid creams to your skin or nipples simply will not work.

I have some scar tissue..

my dr said to keep pinching it.. and that the K-shots are expensive and wouldnt bother.

Ive been pinching for the last 8 months... it has improved somewhat, but dare i say under my left nipple there is a lil gland left.
