Puffy Nipples 1 Year Post Op Pics

A year ago I had gland removal only since I didnt have any fat in my chest.

The surgeon is Dr Nimrod Friedman of the Tel Aviv "Sibel" clinic in Israel.

The after pics got taken by me since the surgeon didn't take any pictures of the after surgery.

Opinions are welcomed. I suffered from this condition since the age of 13.
Even though it is minor, it still made my areola look bad enough to prevent me from taking off my shirt for 10 years.

Looks fine whats the problem? TBH your before pics were in no way bad.

I know how you feel man, any protrusion can prevent one from wearing certain clothing.  You look marvelous now.  Can you tell me exactly what procedure you had done?  Did you have excision and lipo?

Obviously not lipo, read my first post - I had gland excision only, I didn't have any fat in my chest.

Outertrial, i know its not that bad but it prevented me from accepting myself in the mirror, you have to be 100% with yourself, otherwise it'll bother you for the rest of your life.

He made the incision like everyone does; below the areola, in an arc.
