yeh had them for 5 years.. I made a promise to myself if they werent gone by the time im 18 Im having surgery.. so they got like . . 5 months to live

I think you look fine.  This is coming from someone who really had puffy nipples.  Mine were about 4 times the size of yours.

I don' t see anything wrong with them, serously.

yep thnx .. maybe compared to yours but I want to look like someone without gyne and be able to take off my shirt without thinking shit will they notice my moobs, you know the feeling

there's not much more to say, it's not as bad as it could be starting out, so if surgery leaves you flat or very close to it you should be fine.

Looks about as lo-grade as I've seen.  You're still young and it could still resolve itself after  another couple years.  Patience.
