Hello everbody, I'm 16 yeard old, 5'7" (171 cm) and 220 pounds (100 Kg). Well as you can see in my photos, I strongly think that I have Gyne... and puffy nipples. What do you suggest first? Diet? Endo? Surgery?

Yeah what you've got there pretty much matches your general weight. I'd lose some weight first if you are dissatisfied with how they are.

Thank you all! I will see if I can loose some weight, I think 68 kg would be nice for me. I also will post some progress for all. Thanks again!

I agree, lose weight first and see what happens. Good luck in your weight loss process !

Wearing the extra fat is not healthy.  Check out your risks with a BMI Calculator (Body Mass Index)

Plastic surgery is better after weight loss, losing weight is a coarse tool. Plastic surgery is better used for refinement.

Hope this helps,
