Question for Doctors: Advil prior to surgery

So, I woke up with a headache this morning and took advil by accident and I'm 15 days away from surgery. I understand that this could cause bleeding issues during surgery. Should I be concerned???

No.  I tell patients to refrain from use of aspirin and other meds like Advil that could cause bleeding 2 weeks prior to surgery.  So from my POV, you're good.  But no more Advil.
