gynecomastia post op

hey my name is miles and i had surgery 2 weeks ago

i found it weird when i was only given lipo when i have very little body fat.
its now been 2 weeks and though the results are not yet finished i am not happy with the out come.
my chest still looks elevated and only smaller that before 
im really worried and annoyed
can anyone help?!

If your gyno was caused by gland tissue then you will need excision to remove it. Gyno cannot be removed by lipo alone.

Who performed your surgery?

Yeah dude, if you only had lipo, there's a good chance most of the gland is still there.

i know its really weird, he said that he would also be doing an excision and lipo and i thought that he had till they took my dressing off cos he did not come and see me after the op to explain what he had done
it now looks exactly as it did two weeks ago!!!

Damn then talk to him. Looks like he didn't want to do excision.

Definately see what he says, it might just be scar tissue.

it would be gay but i might need another operation
