Strange...

Hey guys,

                  I just need to ask a quick question.  I had surgery 5 months ago and had decent results.  Of course the results faded over the next few months and I'm still a little discouraged (I've scheduled another appt. with my PS to talk about it).  The only problem I deal with now is my nipples.  They aren't puffy, now they're just kind of pointy.  If I turn sideways, I look completely normal.  It's very minimal fortunately enough.

                  But one odd thing I've noticed is when I wear tight t-shirts, after a while my nipples flatten out a little bit.  Well, one does at least.  If left alone, it will gradually go back to the way it looked before. 

                  Would residual gland conform the way my nipple seems to be doing?  Or is it scar tissue?
