2weeks postop - lumps,swelling and massage technique!!

Hi all

I had my op a few weeks ago today, im fairly happy with the results (tho my chest seems to change daily!) but i was
just wondering whether the hard lumps and bumps are normal? Im pretty sure they are, but is there a chance wearing the mega tight vest
can make it worse? Silly question i know but it just feels unnatural pressing the thing tight against the chest when its clearly
trying to cope with the trauma of surgery.

I bought some bio oil today, went to do my first massage but didnt really know what i was doing!! Is there a technique to this??
Cant help but feel post op care isnt emphasised enough with the surgeons - thank god for this site
