do i need to get scar cream?

im 24 days post op and have scar on the bottom half of my nipples, feels different than a nipple should.

and i can get the cream from my surgeon's office, right? they were also the ones that i bought the garment from.

Talk to your surgeon about what you should put on the scar.  Some surgeons sell scar products in their office. There are also preparations available at any drugstore.  It's very early in your healing period, so talk to your surgeon first.
