Massage and scar tissue cream advice

Since my doc didn't recommend any of those two to me and i would like to do everything possible to make the scar tissue go away sooner i am asking you what your doc has recommended to you?

Any specific massage technique? Or just to rub the area any way you can?

Any cream or lotion or something medical that would make the scar tissue go sooner?

Those are questions you should be asking your surgeon.

Yes there are product that are helpful and massage is also helpful, but not too soon and not too aggressively.

Again, ask you Surgeon.
