Nipple Scar Tissue and what cream to use

thanks for all the great advice to everyone

I had my surg 2 days ago, went well, finally removed the bandages to change them

the scare from the lypo are hardly noticeable, Dr Cattani did a great job

the right nipple, I could hardly see the scar

the left it is noticeable

questions:

does the vest push the nipple in? I noticed right after surg the nipple looked fine, now it is pushed in because of the pressure vest, left side only

what is a good anti scar cream? I have been using bacitracin with aloe, O also have some cocco butter with vitamin E

does the scar eventually look better as months pass?

also does feeling come back cause I cant feel a thing on my nips

Also, I've read from at least once source (just anecdotes I think)  that vitamin E lotion actually slows scar healing.  No idea if that's true though.
