Will My Gynocomastia Stay

I am 21 years old and have a case of gynocomastia that has been pointed out by some former lovers. My question is could it still pass? I was a very late bloomer and did not hit my growth spurt until 18. I may have started puberty around 16 or 17. I am also still growing. I was just wondering if it is possible I could be suffering from gyno brought on by puberty and if it could still go away on its own? (Pictures attached)

Typically, the gynecomastia that occurs during puberty resolves in 95% of patients within a 3 year period.  From the sounds of it, you're past 3 years even if you were a late bloomer, so your condition may not resolve without intervention.  That said, it looks to be fairly mild based on the photos.
