Smoking weed after liposuction

So I'm two months post op after having lipo done on what was a mild case of gyno at best. I took risperdal around 4th grade and really started to see the problem when i was in 7th grade. The problem never got better or worse as I got older and really got into lifting (never used steroids). I only started using marijuana occasionally in 11th grade. After having the surgery will occasionally smoking pot cause the regrowth? I will quit if it is necessary completely but it is something I enjoy doing sometimes. Can anyone answer from personal experience?

The true answer is that I don't know.    There are lists of causes of Gynecomastia all over the place and some of them do list Marijuana as a possible cause of the condition.
