Hi Everyone,

I am from Africa and I am suffering from the same problem since at the age of 12. Weight 70kg with very less fat on rest of body.
I have read dozens of articles about gyno and I'm really paranoid because I always somewhat had man boobs or fat around my chest. I really feel frustrated by looking at the mirror.

I wanted get rid of it earlier because of monitory problem I could not for surgery. Now, at the age of 27 I can afford the expenses. 
Can somebody suggest a good surgeon in Mumbai for gyno or share your experiences? Please help me.
