Hi,
I am 24 and have struggled with my gyno for almost 10 years. I was weight training when I was about 18 years old, most of it seemed to go away from what I remember. for the past 4 years though I gained alot of weight and I have started to go to the gym about 2 1/2 months ag. I am doing weight training and cardio. I am 5" 11" and have gone from 222 to 188 so far. How bad do you think it is? Should I just continue what I am doing as I want to loose some more weight, and eventually cut up like I did when I was a teenager. Thank you for your time and help.

Thanks for the replies. Spencerr, how much will the surgery be costing you? How much time will you have to miss from work? Thanks everyone.

I dont see any puffiness in your nipple, but it looks there could be some tissue further behind it. I'd say its a very small case of gyne.

I think continuing what you're doing would be fine, try building up you're upper chest, so you're nipple will face downward rather than horizontal.

Surgery w/out insurance is around 5,000, depending on what you get done.

Gyne is there but not that important. Your nipples are not puffy either, there might be some tissue behind them. That's my opinion too. Whatever you decide to do, good luck man !

Just wondering if going to the doctor and maybe getting a perscription for something might help to reduce it a little. Thanks for all of the help.
