Just wanted to know..

I just wanted to know if I had gynecomastia.  I don't have any tenderness or anything in that area, but they do seem quite large.  Is it bad enough for surgery? or might it go away?  Also, how much would surgery cost?  I'm 18 years old and have had this condition for maybe 3 years..Thanks.

Pictures are not clear enough to give you a straight opinion. Could you post side pics of your chest? Considering the 2nd picture, gyne seems to be there. But post other pics, clearer and we'll tell you
