my doctor recommended i go get my hormone levels by an endocrinologist, even after 2 blood tests. Is it necessary that i see him, this is even causing a further delay in the process of getting surgery. thanks for your help.

its not mandatory but of course if your breasts are still growing and you have surgery then you may have just wasted a few grand because they are coming back

how is it possible they grow back? all i can feel under my nipples is some hard tissue. i have had the problem since around 13, and say they found some inbalance in hormones what could be done to solve the problem?

I think first they will put you on drugs to level your hormons .
After that you can have surgery.
