Couple things really concerningme post-op! anyone?

I'm 2 weeks , 2 days  post-surgery. (excision+ liposculpture of a "mild" case)

but I have some important questions about some aspects that cannot stop playing on my mind:

A. Is it too early to judge whether I have a slight assymetary on one side? do I need to wait longer, or for swelling to go down SOME MORE, IF THERE IS SWELLING?

B. how long until skin begins to shrink after having Lipo, and how long will it continue to shrink for? Can I expect  even less fat then now, in another few weeks?

bASICALLY just wondering when the benefits of having minor lipo. (liposculpture) will be most apparent...what general point on the recovery timeline am I looking at for this?
 
If anyone could help answer my first 2 queries, it sure would alleviate some of my worries..

Swelling, evolution of tissues and recovery after surgery depends on the problem to be treated, what was done, the skill of the surgeon, how you heal, and other factors.  I prefer techniques that minimize bruising and discomfort.  Tissues can be uneven during evolution.  2 weeks is very early in the healling process.  Such issues are best discussed with your doctor.

I don't really know what to say, here...

Yes, it is probably too early to tell if it's symetrical, the swelling will come and go, and some days will be worse than others.

As far as the skin shrinking, it could be completely different from one person to the next.

Sorry I don't have more answers for you. I do know that the first few weeks after the op can be stressful as hell! ( I'm sure your figuring that out about now)

Yes these early weeks are sure proving immensely stressful, with new and continued concerns arising each and every day...

I guess all I can do for the mo. is remain positive and exercise patience, at least until the 6 week mark, huh?


Still if anyone else can provide some more conclusive or enlightening answers to my main questions that would be very helpful and greatly appreciated..
