I am having gynecomastia surgery this wednesday.  I am very nervous and anxious at the same time.  I don't know how bad my gynecomastia is compared to other people but it appears that my chest is very loose.  I am scared that after my surgery my chest will be saggy.  Is there anyone else out there that had a similiar appearing chest before surgery, and if so, did the skin go back to normal.  Thank you

You look like you are fairly young. Yes the skin should tighten and mold around your new chest for the most part. You should discuss this with your surgeon.

There should be no problem for you.  Mine were similar to yours and they look great now.  I was also concerned about saggy skin, but it just bounced back and looked fine.  I was a little too flat after surgery so I started working out and have now developed a muscular chest that I thought was never imaginable.
