Cheap Surgery in tri-state area

Anyone have recommendations for a doctor that they had surgery with in the tri state area for cheap? I was thinking I could raise about 3000 in a year as I am student but have a part time job.

We hear regularly from men who were disfigured by surgery performed by people who were not properly qualified.

Go looking for a surgeon with good credentials and a good reputation then try to negotiate on the price.

Cheap does not equal good.
