Pre/post Surgery Supplement

Hi,
Finally I found a doctor in my country who seems to agree in performing lipo and incition for my puffy nipple problem. I spoke to 5 PS, and this particular PS seems to be more confident on the galnd removal and lipo. Only set back is, he does not show any photos. But the way he explained sounded very good and i was impressed on the way he drew and explained to me . Looks like that is the trade off i need to do. I planned to do my surgery end of this month. Hopefully everything goes on fine.

Anyway, can anyone who has gone for surgery comment on the supplement that I should take for pre/post surgery for good healing. I have read some thread on consuming Vit E before surgery, but i found in some website that Vit E thins the blood and should be stopped 5 days before surgery. Any comments on that?

As with any surgical procedure your doctor or ps will tell you how long you should be supplement free before and after your surgery.

Because surgery is a traumatic deal for the body I would suggest that your diet be especially nutrient rich. You should make sure you are giving your body what it needs to heal. I think a good multi is a great idea but it should be as an afterthought to a nutritionally dense diet!
