Here are my pics I will post after when I can...not long to go now just want to get it over and done with so I can move on in life...in 24 hours I shall be a new man!!! P.S. I know I got a bit of a belly on me but as soon as I can get back on the cardio it will be gone in no time

Good luck, remember to follow your post-op instructions, afters your surgery it will be a long road to complete healing so your patients is required, lots of patients as it may takes months before you see the finished you after the the swelling and scare tissue is gone!
