Who's near Missouri. Need help. New here

I have been to 2 doctors and both told me completely different things.. One told me I was more or less just fat because he was just goingn to do liposuction. So that pissed me off. Then the next doctor I went to told me I had bulbs that needed removed and needed Lipo for the rest. So I was cool with that. But anyways what do you all think? What's a good doctor to go to and get this done before summer rolls around. I have lived like this too long. I was always told when I hit puberty they would go away but. Here I am 25 and a shit ton of work out regimines and lifting ruitines later still with breasts. Not to mention huge Bologna nipples as most people taunt me with.
 I found this site and was like omg Awsome. I wish I would have found it way soone

Anyways i will try and post pics and would appreciate it if anyone could tell me a doctor fairly close to missouri who specializes in this. But I travel from missouri to Louisiana bi weekly so I'm not afraid to travel.  If anyone could contact me via email that would be fantastic. There are, unfortunately, not many surgeons who specialize in gynecomastia -- and finding a specialist is truly essential (witness many sad stories on this forum from those who went to a non-gyne specialist).

Do your research carefully and if there is no one near year, then consider traveling -- it would be worthwhile to get it done right the first time.
