Negative comments

I recently removed several negative comments that included the names of specific Surgeons and/or Surgical facilities.  The reason for this is that we cannot be fair in allowing such specific comments.  It is true that there are doctors doing this kind of surgery who are not qualified, but it is also true that sometimes the person is commenting too soon after surgery to actually see the final result. It is also true that sometimes the person had unreasonable expectations about the surgical outcome.  Because the Doctors cannot defend themselves as fast as an irate patient can post such things we do not allow specific negative comments.
If you wish to post a warning about things to look for when selecting your Surgeon,  and do so in a general way without naming a specific Doctor or Clinic, Then your input is appreciated.
