Personal attacks and negative comments.
I hate to have to repeat this, but personal attacks and negative comments are not allowed.  Anyone doing that will be banned from the site. 
An irate person can copy and paste negative contents in large numbers and at high speed.   Doctors are not allowed to defend themselves.  They are constrained by privacy laws.  Obviously this is unfair. so it will not be tolerated.
No notice will be given when it is necessary to ban a person for this reason.
