So this is my case, I am 5'5 roughly 135pds. I exercise about 4 times a week doing cardio and have not seen any improvement but instead a decline over the past 2 years. Is it mild moderate or severe?

Would I be too young for surgery or is it up to me if i want it done?

There are generally no age restrictions for this procedure (I can only speak from a UK point of view, I don't know where you are from).  However, I would suspect that most surgeons would ask you to wait until you are past adolescence as for many guys gynaecomastia resolves itself.

Any doctor must weigh up the risk/benefit of any treatment for a patient and where the risks outweigh any benefit, then surgery is usually contraindicated.  From a gynaecomastia, unless there is another underlying pathological issue to investigate, then it is usually because of severe mental anguish that surgery might be indicate.

That looks pretty bad to me. I would imagine most doctors would see the need for an op.

How has it affected you pshycologically...?

How hard are they to cover up?
tell us more about how they are making your life more difficult...
My advice...see a doctor and get it taken care of...it will be easy.

Blatino, cant you post some new pictures in your gallery? How about some moody outdoor ones - or some brooding portraits? Titties to the fore in all of course!

Go to an endocrinologist! He'll probably check you out.
Endo ->(if no found underlying cause) Plastic surgeon

I don't think it was meant to be mean.I think it was meant to be a dig at his  provocative poses. Or maybe i read it wrong and he is mean  ???.

Blatino : you rock mate, have you thought about becoming a page 7 fella? With them moody looks and sexual poses you will take it by storm :)

As for an age limit on surgey in the UK, there isnt one.

If your doctor thinks it is affecting you enough psychologically, he would refer it. It depends on how badly it affects u dude.

Have you tried andractim, or any other DHT gel? My doctor has prescribed me two tubes of it. Perhaps that would be an option before considering surgey. OSry if youve already said youve tried it, ive jsut been scaning the psot qwuickly so might have missed sum stuff.
