Testing before surgery

I would like what kind of testing facility to go to in order to have my Gynecomastia(hopefully) analyzed before I am qualified for surgery to remove it.

Any known places in New York City would really be appreciated

You don’t say how long you have had gyne or how old you are.  Either way I would suggest a visit to your GP to say you are going to have surgery and that you want to be sure there isn’t any underlying cause for it.  He should run some blood tests to check the levels of your hormones and probably carry out an examination of your testicles..

When you get the all clear you can go for your surgery knowing that the chances of it growing back are minimised.
