Looks great, you must be really pleased it does not look like you have had 'plastic surgery' to your chest looks like he has taken out just the right amount as it is not concave but looks flat. Think I will book in with him now, really impressed. Can't see no scars either

Yea I am so please with the way it has gone, the first few days I was happy and down as it all look concaved but I told myself that this will change and it did, it was only swelling. 3 of the scars you can just not see at all even when you do know they are there. Two under the arm pits and under one nipple, the other you can see but have to know it is there and it dose not look bad so to hell with it. That guy has changed my life and I everyday I just smile to my self...

Looks amazing mate, really pleased for you! Just a few quick questions if you dont mind!

How long did it take from the consultation to the actual surgery date?

Cost? (Sorry if you have already mentioned this!)

Finally the scars, does your armpit hair cover them up? This is my major worry as I scar very easily it seems and think perhaps the best way in for me is the nipple as it might hide it.

Cheers mate, wouldnt mind some before pictures if you have any :) Sorry for all these questions, any response is much appreciated :)

Hi Chilli,

No problem, I had my consultation on the 20/6/07 and my operation on the 2/8/07 I could of had it a week before but was not able to due to getting time off work.

Cost was £4000 I did put £4500 on one of my posts before but that was a typo! Your cost may be different, this all depends on your case and how bad it is.

The scars under my arm you can only see when I lift my arms all the way up and you have to know they are there to see them. At the mo they look like a little dark line about 5mm long. I will post a pic to show you. They are in the fold of my skin. Know one will ever see them innless you point them out (on me this is). He makes 4 holes, one on each nipple and one under each arm pit so you will have 4 small scars.

I do not have any before pics any more only he dose and I will be seeing him in about 2 weeks for my check up, I will ask for them then. My case I had very puffy nipples caused by a big gland under them, also with a very small amount of fat tissue.

Hope this helps let me know if you need anymore info

Alex

Hi SAFC73,

I have not looked back and just wish like everyone else I had done it when I was 17 if I could have.

I did go to see my GP first to have a blood test to make sure everything was ok there. I guess about 3 months in all. I took 2 days off work and then had the weekend so 4 in total, to be fair if you can take more then I would.

Please let me know if you need anymore information.

Alex

Karidis has always been imo the pick of the UK surgeons, if you don't want to take the gamble by going abroad he is light years ahead of our frind from Birmingham. Great results mate - remember they get better with time too.

That's as close as you can get, and I can only realy see one scar under one nipple and one arm the others I so hard to find. IMO you can only see them at all if you know they are there, the one's under my arms i also have to lift my arm up and there is not to many people I know if who will be looking at your arm pit! Bodyshame I realy do not think it will be any problem for you if you go in through the nipple but I am only talking on what happend to me, best of luck with what ever you decide to do mate.

O and I have just got back from holiday and I had no top on most of the week there apart from at night, I did not once worry or feel bad, I did try to keep out the sun but even sitting in the shade sipping a beer with no top on was so much better than with a thick T-shirt on or being scared to go to the beach...
