sorry no pictures because i dont have a digital camera but so far everything has gone great
 i already see about 85% improvement im still a little swollen but not as bad as i was a few days ago so im hoping it goes completely away soon.
also they didnt have a compression vest in my size so the ps gave me the smallest one he had which fits but doesnt compress very much then he wrapped some ace bandages around it which i really like because i can adjust how tight the vest is.

just wondering if there are any good massage techniques or other ways to make swelling go down faster
i had incision and lipo for puffy nips
 i was also wondering how tight i should keep the vest
i also feel some scar tissue behind both nips and am wondering again if there are any ways to deal with this or if i can only just wait
