Bruises were minimal.  All the bruising was just a feint yellow as you can tell on the front after picture.  I just had my stitches removed today, so i'll have to wait and see if a scar appears.  Chest is still tight though, but i stretch often to help keep the scar tissue to a minimum.  My PS was Dr. Dean Johnston is Orlando, FL.

So, I'm pretty much freakin out about pulling the trigger and making a decision cause I'm paranoid about irregularities or the PS effing up!

I'd be happy with results like yours...

You'll do great man.  Just choose a PS that has great credentials.

Looks really good- nice job!  You had preop beach pics up on a board awhile back; it would be nice to see the pre and post photos side by side.  I know you're happy - congrats!

Note to Impervious:

You should do well.  You're in good shape and don't seem to have much fat to remove at all; mainly gland it appears.  Why the paranoia?

As patients we don't have a detailed understanding of what goes on in the op, what can go wrong, and what can be done to prevent these problems etc as a doctor would...so many unknowns from our side of the fence.  So it is fear of the unknown.  You are basically putting your life into someones hands (sure, they are a trained professional and all) but a stranger none the less, and I think anyone not somewhat fearful about that would be of questionable sanity...
Surgery done 18th March 2008

They did both lipo and excision.  The incision site is right along the contour of the nipple, about 3/4" long.  You can't tell from the pictures but its definitely there.
