Do they come back?

I am new to this forum and this has come at the right time in my life.  I have been suffering from this 'issue' for the longest time I can remember -- always careful about what I wear and how i sit/stand/...
 
I am seriously considering surgery.  My question is, Is surgery the answer?  Do the glands (I can work on fat but not on the glands, I suppose) come back?
 
Any pointers would be appreciated.

You have to rule out hormonal disbalances as the cause of your gyne. Visit an endo for this. If everything's OK, then they won't come back, unless you use any drugs that can produce it, like marijuana or steroids.

Other than that, you'll be completely free after surgery.

What do I ask for?  A harmonal-test?
