New user - opinions please

Hi,

I am 36 years old 210 pounds.









I think it is a mixture of fat and gland, but not sure in what proportion. I used to be 30 pounds slimmer but still had the moobs.

No, I don't have puffy nipples

Very minor IMO.  Would look a lot worse if you had puffy nipples.

Maybe try dropping a few lbs before going for surgery and see if that helps.

Tough to lose weight in the chest though.  2 most stubborn areas for guys are chest and love handles.
