I was wondering after surgery for gyno with puffy nipples how soon did you see results? Are the puffy nipples/areola flat after surgery? I had surgery almost a week ago, and though the puffy-ness is less i still see the areola/nipple sticking out a bit. Is this just swelling or will the areola/nipple go down after a couple weeks. Thanks for your imput!

It's usually just swelling.  It'll go down within a few weeks, just keep wearing your compression vest.  Then there still may be some scar tissue and that'll go away in a few months.

yes iam 2 months post op and i had the "puffy nipples". Had the glad and lipo. at first (2-3 weeks) they seemed really flat, now they had "puffed" again. i think its scare tissure re-forming and was told to wait a little longer. i hope it does shrink!
