Will it go away?

Well im only 15 and my nipples look exactly the same as this guys here http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php?topic=8604.0

Im wondering if it will go away and to if there is anything i can do to make sure it goes away or makes a higher chance that it will go away?
And im 15 and im still growing so it could be to do with that. I have no fat really on my body and i just have a gland under my nipples.
