8 months post op help!
ok so i had surgery 8 months ago for puffy nipples, tissue only. It seems like my surgeon took a lot of the gland out except a small portion to keepmy nipples from caving in.
the problem is my nipples are only about 40% better than originally. I went back and he said he would do the surgery again, but what could be causing my nips to be sticking out again? FAT? im a very athletic guy and have been lifting weights for over a year and a half. is this the type of fat that never goes away? any advice would be great thanks!

He probably left too much gland in, dude. I doubt it's fat if you're athletic.
