Good results you were obviously in good shape prior to surgery.
Was it mainly gland or was the classic mixture of both fat & gland.

Thanks. I'd say that I am a little overweight at the moment (5-8kg's) so not in the baddest shape.

The dr told me that there's always some fat, so at least in Finland it's both almost every time, I presume. They did a little lipo and then the exision.

Yeah, it did. I was at the clinic just ten minutes ago and they changed those tapes. The dr. was very satisfied for the results and so am I. I'm so happy that there's almost no swelling at all. Good luck with your situation!!

Thanks dude! Without the surgery I probably wouldn't have started to lift weights and would be a little overweight man with a hoodie on at 100°F.. It made a huge positive change in everything.
